MEDICAL REVIEW OFFICER SERVICES
Our Medical Review Officers (MRO) are certified by the American Association
of Medical
Review Officers (AAMRO) and provide services in accordance with federal
regulations. These
services include:
- Consultation on client substance abuse programs
- Receipt of test results from the laboratory
- Administrative review of drug test results
- Medical review and consultation on positive results
- Consultation with Toxicologist on questionable results
- Ordering special analysis of opiate positives
- Distribution of reports & other documents
- Review of laboratory blind sample results
- Rehabilitation consultation & referral
- Return-to-duty evaluation
- Litigation package
Each Medical Review Officer is experienced in the field of substance abuse
recognition and
rehabilitation and is fully versed in drug testing requirements mandated by
the federal regulation.
